"Care in the Acute stroke unit ARI"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Stroke Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

I recently suffered a TIA while on holiday in Aberdeen.

The paramedics who came to take me to hospital were excellent and I received very good care in the Emergency Dept.

I would like to thank Dr Lee and his team for the care I received.

Many thanks to the staff in Ward 306 for their excellent care, it was much appreciated.

I spent the night in the ward before being discharged the next day with all the medication I needed.
