"Outdated and obsolete information about dental services"

My husband was suffering from severe dental pain and in need of relief,  I googled emergency dental clinics. I saw that there was an emergency dental clinic in Wing F in BCH and that it was open from 10am - 12.15 on weekends. We were there at exactly 10am this morning desperately needing pain relief to find it closed and no one available. I rang the number provided by Google but no answer. After waiting for 30 minutes I went in search of an enquiry desk only to be told that this service was longer available and hadn’t been for some time. The receptionist gave me a different number to ring through which I was able to get an appointment.

I am appalled that outdated and obsolete information is being provided by HSC. Patients only turn to these services when in dire need and the very least they expect is to be given correct information as to where they can access the service they require.
