"Sensitive attention and support"

I was with a very good friend who was dying. We never made it out of A&E due to bed shortages but the staff in A&E were absolutely excellent during this very difficult time. I wish I had got the name of the tall male nurse who supported us as he was the best version of what I think a nurse should be. I would like to commend him for his sensitive attention and support.
