Care received at minor injuries OHPCC

My son injured his wrist so I took him to minors injuries at Omagh Hospital as it was only 5-10mins away. We were promptly booked on at reception, then triaged by a lovely nurse called "Beth" who gave my son much need pain relief. He was then seen by a nurse practitioner "Conan" who arranged an x-ray. Following this it was confirmed my son fractured his wrist. My son then had his wrist reduced and a cast applied.

I just want to thank Beth and Conan who were working in a very busy department!  Everything was so well explained and the care and compassion shown to my son was fantastic, thank you both for all that you did for my son!
