I’d like to share my appreciation for the team at Outpatients 1 Gynaecology. I’ve visited several times for prenatal care and follow-up treatment, and every time the care has been excellent. The whole team — from reception to consultants — is consistently kind, professional, and compassionate, even during busy clinics.

A special thank you to the healthcare assistant who always carries out checks with such a friendly, reassuring manner, helping patients feel at ease. Every nurse and consultant I’ve seen has been thorough and caring.

I’d particularly like to highlight Dr Roberts, who showed genuine dedication to patient care. After my consultation, it was decided I needed a minor procedure under local anaesthetic. Dr Roberts kindly offered to complete it the same day, understanding how difficult it would be for me to return with a newborn and my partner taking time off work. Despite her full schedule, she took the time to treat me with care and dignity, and I never felt rushed. Thank you also to Nurse Helen who assisted kindly and professionally.
