"More toilets needed"

I came to Cloughreagh House a few months ago and I am now ready to go home but I am waiting on a package of care.  My stay here has been wonderful and I have been really well looked after and spoiled by all the staff, there are too many to mention by name.  

I do want to suggest something that in my opinion would be a big improvement. More toilets are needed in Cloughreagh House for the people who come to stay. 

After you get your  meal if you don't get out of the dining room quickly you face queueing for the toilet. I cant believe that at my age (I'm in my 90's) that I have to queue to get to the toilet and believe me when I say it is not easy. 

I know that part of the problem is that I am  not as quick in the toilet that I used to be  and that goes for most of the people here in Cloughreagh House. 

I am therefore asking the Trust to consider putting more toilets into Cloughreagh House, they are really needed.
