"A very friendly, positive and professional environment"

I accompanied my husband for a procedure at the macular clinic this morning. 

We were really grateful for the excellent care he received. Thank you to Mr Gupta and his team.  

Preparation was clearly carried out in advance of his appointment and he was contacted a couple of days beforehand to have the action plan explained. 

The nursing team worked well as a team and easily helped each other out as needed. Overall we found it a very friendly, positive and professional environment which helped  my husband feel in safe hands. The photographic technician(?) was extremely skilled and carried out his part quickly and efficiently, mindful to minimise any discomfort. 

Mr Gupta took time to listen to my husband’s history and explained exactly what the problem was using the imaging. (amazing) He also addressed all our concerns and looked at the other wider issues effecting his vision with another plan to tackle these at a later date. 

This morning we got to experience the health service care at its very best. Please keep doing what you’re doing the way you’re doing it.
