"Felt included in my treatment"

I had a sebaceous cyst in the middle of my shoulders.  It had been very distressing when it got infected and had to be cleaned out.  Then out of the blue I got a call for an appointment (cancellation) to have it removed.  The nurses (Kirsty and Laura) were very professional but also warm and reassuring.  I was told what was happening at each step.  Questions I had not felt comfortable asking over a number of years were finally answered without fuss or any sign of impatience.   Apparently I am prone to these little fatty lumps. I felt included in my treatment, rather than someone something was being done to.  

I feel so lucky to have had this done as I am aware that so many people across the world would not have had the option or would not have been able to afford the operation.  Thank you so much for making my life better.
