This feedback is about the respiratory nurse, Frances and Cara, who is a student. They came out after a call yesterday because I was having problems with my COPD symptoms.

This morning they turned up 10am, to my surprise. I was very glad to see them, and they put me right through the complete test for my complaints. They were very, very good, very talkative and very helpful and they couldn’t do enough for me.

I was very happy.

Such lovely feedback to receive. I know the team work hard to help our respiratory patients and I am delighted to hear you had such a great experience, the team will be there to support you with managing your COPD.
