"New implant being fitted"

Turned up to welcoming staff at the desk, had a small chat and laugh then got called to have blood pressure took and again lovely, polite nurse and helped me to stop worrying about my 6 month old I left for the 1st time with family. Then went back to the waiting room to be called for the implant to be fitted. Got called in and greeted by lovely lady and lovely training nurse who were both a good laugh and very good at what they do. This is my 4th one being fitted and this is the first time I haven't bruised badly or been in pain with it and was actually treated like a human and not as quick get them in and out.
