Arrived before appointment, time gave my details to reception and asked to have a seat and wait for my name to be called. Literally had sat down when named called.

I was greeted by Lorraine, who showed me where to go and have a seat. Lorraine explained what was to be done in a very good understanding manner.

Fitted the monitor and again explained what monitor does and what I need to do when it activates, signed a sheet due to driving home after monitor fitted and again explained what actions to do.

Great service no waiting time and Lorraine put my mind to rest with her calm, professional attitude.
