"I had a superb level of care from staff"

I was admitted to GRI with a chest infection and a severe reaction to COVID, for which I was isolated for 5 days in April 2025.

I had a superb level of care from staff in the respiratory ward 16/7. I would like to commend the whole staff team from domestic staff/health care support staff and staff nurses, all of whom are the backbone of the NHS. 

The doctors were very professional and efficient but my appreciation is of the whole staff team. I am immensely grateful for your care of me for 8 days.
