"My mind was put at rest"

The welcome and the way I was treated by Linda and Michelle was efficient, and the eye testing was done by Linda. 

Michelle was thorough with all the questions she needed to ask and informative about the things I. was unsure of and information I needed to know well.

Living in St Austell it would have been less stressful for me (in my 80s and slow to wake up) to have had an appointment later in the day. The traffic from St Austell to Falmouth is always a nightmare especially during school run time.

It would be helpful if booking clerks could take into consideration age and distance when booking appointments. My Appointment was 8.45am at Falmouth!!
