"The staff have been outstanding!"

The last 8 weeks have been really helpful. I have been taught how to pace myself and control my breathing. I didn't really know exactly what I was coming to do every week and certainly how much exercise would be involved but I understand now how this helps my lungs function better. The staff have been outstanding!! Everyone has been treated as an individual, no discrimination at all. They take everyone at there own pace are understanding and extremely approachable. Thanks to all! Only criticism is that perhaps in future group everyone closer together for group talks at the end of the class.
