"Care received"

My daughter was seen in FVRH A&E by Dr Lou - eventually (3-4hours after being triaged). By this point she was very unwell and after having repeat observations done by the Dr and her view she was very sick she was taken straight to the resus area of the department where Dr Lou and the nursing team were amazing. All testing done very quickly, efficiently and treatment commenced very quickly.

We were then moved to children’s ward for further treatment. Unfortunately the long waiting times did not help and time after triage was too long, but I can’t fault and I can only praise the staff when she was eventually seen.

Dr Lou was absolutely fantastic with my daughter, never have I met a Dr like her with children. FV should be very proud to have her in the department. Thank you.
