"He is always kind and considerate"

About: Angus Community Treatment and Care Centres (CTACS) / CTAC Hub - Arbroath Infirmary

(as a service user),

I have routine blood tests every 3 months due to having a long term health condition which require me to take medication which could have adverse affects on my liver.

For the last 3 years I have been having these at Arbroath infirmary.

I am treated with respect by all staff but especially by Micheal who does the majority of my blood tests. He always takes time to have a friendly chat and is always kind and considerate.

Dear turkeyep66,

Thank you for taking the time to post your story on Care Opinion. We appreciate all feedback.

I am so glad to read that you are treated with respect whenever you attend the CTAC service for your bloods and hope that this will continue for all future appointments. It is important to us as a team that all service users feel this way and we continue to provide an excellent service to each individual.

I will be sure to pass on your kind words to both Michael and the CTAC team.

Kind regards

Donna
