"The great help I received"

About: General Outpatients Department / Audiology Service

(as the patient),

I was given an appointment with audiology for 2 pm I was seen early by a lovely very kind girl by the name of Katherine she was just so knowledgeable and very kind in showing me how to use my hearing aids at different settings, these where things I did not know how to do and resulted in my hearing aids working so much better.

Thank you Katherine from disabled OAP you make the nhs something to be proud off I find it’s always the negetive bits the media reports but in my experience the nhs is doing a fantastic job
