"Amazing Care"

I had an amazing experience initially over the telephone but again in person the following day. Sarah has an amazing way with patients, she made me feel so welcome, so understood and most importantly so heard.

I have had a long standing experience with Gyane with various appointments, doctors and nurses who have all been of such help but Sarah is world class. Sarah showed such kindness and compassion and when I asked her how I could speak to her manager or someone in the trust to express how much she had helped me she was so humble and did not want the praise.

So that is why I am writing this in a hope it will in some way express how grateful I am to Sarah. It was like going to a friends house let alone a hospital. I am forever grateful for her kindness and compassion and look forward to getting back to see her in future. Thank you Sarah.
