Unfortunately we had to call the 999 at midnight to our mum.
The call handler was so helpful , she arranged for a team to attend our mum . As we stayed in the next town when we got there there was two teams attending our mum . She sadly passed away .
Just to thank the teams attending our mum treated her with compassion and dignity , the doctor who was on call the next day on nhs24 was also so helpful .
We just wanted to pass our thanks to all the teams who work for our brilliant NHS as we are all good at complaining but not good at complementing.
A big thank to Ewan, ambulance technician and all team . He and his team are so respectful. A big thank you.
