"Fractured ankle"

About: Ealing Hospital / Accident and emergency Ealing Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was recently seen at Ealing hospital with a fractured ankle and would sincerely like to thank the two doctors who stayed very late beyond their expected hours to reset my ankle.

I then flew back to Scotland the following day in a cast and had surgery a week later (11 pins and 2 plates ) and was repeatedly told how well Ealing had stabilised my fracture.

I would love to thank these doctors but do not know their names. Please can they be located and thanks given?

Dear Service User,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words and appreciation for the care you received at Ealing Hospital. I am glad to know that your experience with our team was positive and that the initial treatment helped support your recovery in Scotland.

Your feedback means a great deal to our staff and helps us continue to provide compassionate and high-quality care. As this is an anonymous platform I am unable to identify the doctors you would like to thank. Please can I suggest you get in contact with PAL's who will be able to pass on your message to the correct department.
