"Ongoing services with the community mental health team"

About: Community Mental Health Teams / Armagh CMHT

(as a service user),

I have a few issues since the new mental health services came into operation at Ashleigh House:

I am very unhappy and confused as to why my support worker Emma was taken off my case. There was no formal indication or consultation prior to Emma's departure. I was told face to face during our last appointment. I found that her input and support since 2016 has been very beneficial for me. I have found that I've been poorly motivated since her departure from the role as support worker. I would like to see a similar role in the future for me and others who require that extra support.

I am also unhappy that my visits with my mental health nurse Louise are not home visits anymore. I struggle with change and I think that I'd benefit from home visits again in the comfort of my own home.
