"Endoscopy department"

I recently had to have a colonoscopy and I was panicky and anxious and I have to say both myself and my husband were absolutely blown away with how amazing the staff were.

I have to give Shavetga (apologies for wrong spelling) and Sarah particular mentions as without both of them I would have run away in a panic they looked after me and my husband. Can’t thank them enough!

I also have to say that the colonoscopy team consultant, almost consultant (he was fab though) and male nurse and  female nurse were so funny and supportive and really made a horrible thing so much better and I really can’t thank them enough! 

On a side note, I feel the endoscopy reception team really need to tell themselves they like their jobs because they were the only thing that spoiled the experience tbh. They are dealing with scared people about to be very vulnerable and they mumbled, snapped and were quite rude to the nursing staff, especially over chairs.
