I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone at the Elective Care Centre at Bolton Hospital for the outstanding care and support provided during my son’s ACL knee surgery.
From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to make us feel reassured and supported. A special thank you to Nurse Angelica, who was so kind, patient, and attentive throughout. Although I can’t remember all the other nurses’ names, each one of them showed amazing compassion and professionalism – we truly felt in safe hands the entire time.
The anaesthetist was also brilliant – very helpful, positive, and took the time to answer all our questions clearly and calmly, which really helped ease any nerves.
A big thank you as well to Mr Childs, the surgeon, who did an excellent job and made us feel confident from the outset with his calm and reassuring manner.
The centre itself was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent. The room we were given was big, spacious, and having an ensuite made things so much more comfortable and convenient during our stay.
We are extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness shown by the whole team. Thank you again – you truly made a difficult day a lot easier.
