"Care, kindness and support"

I can never thank all the staff at the Mermaid Centre  enough for all their continued care, kindness and support. They are always smiling and make you feel at ease during what can sometimes be very worrying and stressful times. Having had 3 surgical procedures at St Michael's Hospital the continuation of high quality care given is so reassuring with a very personal and tranquil environment provided by this amazing hospital and dedicated team of staff when you need it the most. Iain, my consultant, is extremely kind and caring, always taking the time to explain everything and most importantly listen to what you are saying and showing empathy to how are you are feeling when you are at your most vulnerable and often feeling frightened. I feel blessed to be under his care with the wonderful team he has around him . Thankyou.
