"Made to feel welcome"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Radiology (X-ray)

(as the patient),

I went for a CT scan with contrast and I met a nice chap called Chris, he made me feel welcome and very comfortable, he put my cannula in, I felt nothing, we had a laugh, when he said sharp scratch.

I'll tell you more when I've had my scan, back soon.

Dear Cubexw75

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent visit to the Radiology Department.

I am pleased to hear that whilst being prepared for your CT scan, our team made you feel comfortable and in particular, Chris was able to make you feel at ease even when having a cannula fitted.

I will pass your comments to Chris who will be very grateful to receive them.

Thank you once again and I look forward to hearing from you about your feedback on the CT scan itself. I hope it goes well!
