"Breath of fresh air"

It is knowing that there is someone out there that cares and understands you. Sue, who came to visit my Mum was a breath of fresh air. What a lovely lady, my mum was so relaxed and was chatting away feeling so safe and understood. Without these staff members visiting my mum and also been there for myself, I don't no where or what we would of done. Amazing people. You've helped me so much even though we don't see you a lot, I know you're always there. Thank you xxx
