About: North Devon District Hospital / Radiology (X-ray)

(as the patient),

I felt very well Looked after, reassured and full explanation was provided with each step.

The staff, Karl and Anna, were completely attentive throughout. I felt I was in very safe hands.

Verbal and written information was provided including how I would be followed up after the results were available.

Diet and exercise were discussed and how to receive extra information on these important areas.

I received excellent care and I am very grateful for the high standards of care available to me.
