"I had a sore shoulder"

I was referred to physiotherapist from my doctor. I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. Straight away I was sent for an X-ray and was given a follow up appointment with the physiotherapist. The physiotherapist explained what was wrong with my shoulder and discussed my options. I was given exercises to do until my next appointment. When I attended the next appointment as my shoulder was sore I was unable to do the exercises so I was given a steroid injection. I was informed all about the injection and agreed to it, and to continue with the exercises. The next appointment I explained there was a big improvement in the pain, so was given exercises to continue with and was left with an open appointment for 2 month. I appreciate all the help and advice I was given.
