(as the patient),

We recently had an appointment with the health visitor. She was called Donna. She was absolutely amazing. She made me feel ease making sure that I knew all the information regarding weaning as I was confused with it all before she arrived, and answered all my questions. I feel so much better since she has left.

Donna was very lovely, and reassuring that I am doing a fab job☺️
