"A competent, professional and friendly team"

I had a detached retina repaired in the  matter day procedure unit. Team were very professional, contacting me initially to book the surgery and answering any of my concerns over the telephone.

On the day of surgery I was nervous, apprehensive but a friendly team helped settle my fears and anxiety with a detailed explanation of pending surgery and a friendly reception. 

Dr Upendran was very professional, friendly and explained possible outcomes of the up and coming surgery. The entire team pre, peri and post op worked together seamlessly providing a positive experience for me.

I had a slight bleed post op and the recovery nurses knew exactly what to do. I felt well care for by a competent, professional and friendly patient cantered team. The cup of tea at the end was very welcome also.
