About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Ear, Nose & Throat (ward 3b)

(as a parent/guardian),

We had a referral appointed with Dr Astril (Consultant ENT)

Dr Astril showed care, compassion, listened and gave informative but clear advice.

Navigating treatment on behalf of your child is daunting but with the support and knowledge we came away feeling confident and assured in what decision we have to make.

Dr Astril was amazing with our daughter, she introduced herself and made sure she felt included when required but occupied when we discussed the important stuff.

If we had more Dr Astril’s in the medical profession it would be a better place.
