(as the patient),

My surgery made an appointment for me and I went to the Community Diagnostic Centre two days later  Within less than 10 minutes of walking through the door, I was received by the people in the unit and had immediate x-ray attention in an immaculate facility. Utterly utterly superb service stop. I just wish the rest of the NHS could come even a fraction of the way towards this excellent level of service.
