"I've nothing but praise for them"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Rheumatology (Joint conditions)

(as the patient),

The building is well kept and quite welcoming for a hospital as it's away from the main building. The reception staff friendly and explained the sheet I had to fill in as I had said I already did one. So he said the doctor asked for it again. Doctor Robertson was very friendly and always explained what was going on she never forced anything and always explained the treatment plan with me and always asked if I had any questions. The treatment itself was quick aswell and she reassured me after I had originally said I was a bit afraid of doing the injections myself. The rheumatology nurses are also quite quick on the nurse information line and always answered any questions or asked Dr Robertson the way forward. I've nothing but praise for them
