I fractured my Femur in April 25 and underwent surgery at Crosshouse and was released at the end of April 25.
In June I was initially visited by Alison and Claire who came to check my progress, that I was doing my exercises and that I had everything I needed.
On follow-up Clair checked my progress and made sure I was continuing my exercise, advising in a friendly way where I might not be sticking to the guidance as well as I might and encouraged my progress.
