I had my annual equipment review carried out by social work today. I was so nervous but Isobel made me feel so comfortable. She explained the process and answered all my questions. She listened to my concerns and gave clear concise information. It was a nervous situation and her calm cherful nature helped make the process easier. I wanted to take the oppertunity to thank Isobel for being so nice.
