"Rude attitude of reception staff"

I felt embarrassed and ashamed by the rude attitude of the reception staff and the incompetence of the clinic with regard to the blood tests that were not done correctly due to lack of care and attention to detail causing me to have them done a second time. The fact that I cannot arrange an appointment with my new doctor without using the Internet is also ridiculous. The staff demanded to know the reason for me wanting an appointment in front of the other patients which was also humiliating. As a taxpayer of many years it is rare to have been treated with such disdain, rudeness and disregard.
