"Appointment waiting time - too long"

I had an appointment at Craigavon Hospital Fracture Clinic today in the morning. I was not seen by the consultant until over 3 hours after my scheduled appointment time. This was a total disgrace as there were 41 patients booked into that clinic. It was a total disgrace that anyone would have to wait that long for an appointment that was booked in advance. The consultant was very apologetic but this was totally out of their hands. The health service is a disgrace, it had actually booked 3 clinics to run at the same time for this one consultant, how can 1 consultant cover 3 clinics at once.....
