"Great at putting my son at ease"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Plaster Room

(as a parent/guardian),

My son has a broken toe. Happened while visiting family. This was our first visit to fracture clinic in Glasgow.

My son and I were made to feel at ease by Miss Smith and the nurse Ally in the plaster room.

Everyone was lovely and great at putting my son at ease.

Thank you.
