Please can I recommend Scot (pharmacist) for his professional manner. I was met with a welcomed handshake and he asked for permission for a student to be present to which I did not object to. After asking how I was he then proceeded to give me my results and ask about how I was managing my medication. Scot took the time to explain how to take my immediate relief medication for me to get optimum benefit. I did not quite understand this from previous instruction. His explanation made sense and gives me confidence on how to manage my symptoms. I would like him to be recognised and informed about his excellent bed/chairside manner.
