"Excellent care received"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

What is up with these people!! It would make you ill. They are so friendly! cheerful! helpful! Always checking in with you, making sure you know you are not forgotten by inquiring "are you alright" or "do you need anything" and it's not just one of them - it's epidemic in the whole department.

The NHS should be subletting this crew out to the wider population, giving lessons on how to be warm, helpful human beings. Oh! and did I forget to mention how professional and competent they all are from the reception to the surgeons, nurses to theatre staff, 20 out of 10

Dear Will70189555,

Thank you for sharing your experience and kind words. I am glad you were met with consistent kindness throughout the department.

I will share your comments with the teams who I am sure will be thrilled to know their efforts are appreciated.

And as for subletting the team - you may be on to something there!

Best wishes,

Liza Campbell
