Entered Gynaecology reception and receptionist was lovely. Friendly and informed me I was in good hands. Very reassuring as I was anxious about what was to happen. Leaflets and information prior to visit were factual and appropriate but bit scary.
Soon seen by Sonia and Yvonne her assistant. Both friendly and enabled such a positive environment, professional and explained everything. Really impressed with the understanding of women’s issues. Made it easy to talk about your problem.
On completion Sonya provided me with suggested treatments and to speak to my GP to prescribe.
Honestly made an anxious situation very easy. Well done team
