I had my daughter's 6-9 month review recently with Ashleen the HV assistant in Gilford health centre. We've been going through a lot in our family life recently which has taken a big toll on my mental health. I have been pretty teary the past couple of days and just burst into tears when I walked through the door. Despite having never met her before, Ashleen was exactly the person I needed at the time and couldn't have been more kind, reassuring and genuinely caring. Chatting with her really helped. Thank you Ashleen.
