"Thank you - TRACY"

I've been working with telford stars for sometime due to ongoing drug problems mainly steming from my child hood traumas and adult situations like friends committing suicide but never dealt with any of it just suppressed my feelings and emotions but in the past 6months hit a really low and dark place worse than ever and I needed extra support , and got introduced to a counseller called Tracy.

I just want to say a massive thank you to the team but especially Tracy she really knows her stuff and has really helped me like no one ever has and ive realised and understood more about myself and people around me that i never understood before , only because we do or have done what we've done we don't need to be stuck with the same label, situation or anything like that , we deserve out of life just as much as the next person and can come back from it we just need to believe in ourselves and have a voice. 

I strongly suggest if you are struggling always ask for help its never and not easy but there is always a way out of your situation if your not happy you just need to reach out.
