Today I had my first general screening. All the staff were really kind to me and very informative.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Thank you for taking the time to post your care opinion. Everyone here at Devon Sexual Health, Sidwell Street, Exeter really appreciate feedback from our patients.

We do take pride in our patient focused care and it's great to know that our approach is valued by our patients and I agree that being well informed during a procedure is paramount to a patients emotional wellbeing.
