"I felt completely supported by them"

My family member recently spent 2 months on B23. I cannot explain how amazing all the nurses have been. The ward is orthopedic but they had to deal with quite advanced dementia. They were patient, supportive and helped me through the process of getting him into a nursing home in quite challenging circumstances.  

They were often short staffed but still maintained composure in the more awful moments.  

This was a lengthy, tiring experience but I felt completely supported by the nurses and can't thank them enough.
