"Every member of staff who passed by was welcoming"

From the moment I walked into the Endoscopy area I was greeted warmly by a very friendly receptionist, and every other member of staff who passed by was welcoming and greeted me with a hello and a warm smile which really made me feel at ease and that I was important and mattered.

I was given all the information that I required and kept informed of what was going to happen and what was happening to me.

I don’t think there is anything that could have improved my experience.

I had a very positive experience and want to thank the staff for there kindness and compassion shown to me during my procedure.
