Dr Cord recently saw my son in clinic. He was so warm and friendly to myself and my son. He automatically eased any tensions my son generally feels when attending clinics or GP. He was so patient with him, very caring and was very respectful of my son's tolerance threshold.
SN McAuley administered the treatment and was very gentle with my son and made the whole process so smooth which my son tolerated so well, much to my surprise.
The test itself was explained to me well, was so informative and insightful into my son's allergies. Advice and treatment plan was also very informative with written information provided to take home with me.
Dr Cord also gave myself some insight on my own allergy treatment and advised I seek more treatment from my GP which I was very grateful for and relieved by.
Fantastic staff, very caring, friendly and supportive to both myself and my son. Great service all round. My sincerest thanks.
