"A professional and personal appointment"

I attended Stapenhill Medical centre, Fyfield road early July

This is just my small way of saying 'thank you' to my Doctor and the admin staff, for organising the appointment without any input from me, it was a routine, 'wellbeing' appointment, made purely to monitor my health.

My biggest 'thank you,' naturally goes to Nurse Fiona, for taking my blood sample for the test.

I was greeted with a cheery "good morning"and a warm smile, which quickly put me at ease, although I am not particularly squeamish about needles, it was comforting nonetheless, but the best part was still to come, whilst I have experienced many such appointments, hand on heart I can honestly say, when Nurse Fiona, with syringe in hand, states "you'll feel a sharp scratch", take it from me, she is wildly exaggerating. Without a doubt, she  performed the most comfortable and painless blood sample procedure I have ever experienced. In the past at different locations my experience felt akin to having a knitting needle put into my arm. Not so with nurse Fiona it was as if she had a tiny sewing needle with the finest point available to do the task with. Thank you very much, nurse Fiona. Not only for the painless procedure but also for your warmth, friendliness and your glowing smile.  

I hope that anyone reading this will feel reassured of receiving a professional and personal appointment. I sincerely feel that I am in excellent hands and am genuinely cared for at this practise. Thank you.
