"A great NHS experience"

I had a minor day surgery at Forth Valley Hospital in Larbert,to remove a skin lesion.

There's is something a wee bit unnerving about having a lump cut out of your arm but the whole experience couldn't have been better.

I was called from the waiting room exactly on time, Kirsty and Laura were very friendly and put me at ease throughout.

The whole procedure was explained very clearly and I also didn't feel a thing. The whole experience couldn't have been better.
