"Such an excellent service"

I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and as part of my ongoing care, I was asked to attend an eye scan. I live close to the hospital that I was asked to attend so this made the appointment very convenient. I arrived early was greeted by a friendly receptionist, and was taken in to the exam room before my appointment time. Everything was explained to me clearly by a friendly and professional health worker, and the scan was quick, easy and painless. Thank you for providing such an excellent service!
